The Arc Chaser Dual Mode TDR provides fault testing and monitoring in energized and un-energized cables up to 600 Volts. It can monitor live cables for intermittent arc faults and capture when and where they occur using advanced spread spectrum time domain reflectometry (SSTDR) with accuracy to fault better than 1%.
  • This device can easily verify the quality of an entire length of cable and it works on both energized and non-energized cables so that events that only appear under load can be detected
  • Monitors intermittent arc faults, opens, and shorts and displays the results in a graphic or text format with a clear and simple overview of the faults
  • Uses an SD card for memory so that users can save reports on the device or transfer to PCs for storage and/or printing
  • Equipped with a cable test setup that walks users through the setup process
  • No metrology calibration is required, this device self-calibrates to maintain accuracy over time or in response to environmental change
  • Provides English and metric measurements
  • Equipped with a color touchscreen display that's easy to navigate in all lighting environments
  • Modular cable interfaces for connection to many different types of systems
  • Meets international requirements for working on energized cables, 600V CAT III
  • Rechargeable lithium-ion battery pack provides 8-10 hours of battery power
  • Comes with a waterproof/shock-resistant transport case that keeps equipment protected even in harsh conditions
  • Uses upgradeable firmware
