The Integra AP is a portable ELT that builds on the features of the 406 Compact by adding a GPS and internal 406 MHz antenna. Once activated, the 406 AF Integra transmits continuously for over 24 hours with a 406 MHz distress signal and for over 48 hours with a 121.5 MHz homing signal in order to alert international rescue services and provide location coordinates to the COSPAS-SARSAT Search and Rescue satellite system.
 

The Integra AP/AP-H ELT's are portable ETL's that are intended to be rigidly attached to the aircraft before the crash but readily removable from the aircraft post-crash.
