EG-0460 (100 x 13) is a kelvin probe that has a fixed pin and a moving pin. The moving pin establishes the the current while the fixed pin reads the voltage. Measurement is automatic when the fixed pin touches the part to be measured. Includes a six-foot cable with the connector and a rubber pin protection to the AX 6000.
